Pre-wedding weight got you down? It doesn’t have to be that way. I’ll provide you with three easy to follow tips that will teach you exactly how to lose weight for your wedding. Your wedding day is important, man or woman, whether you’re in your early 20’s or late 60’s first marriage or fifth; it is still a big day. A day to celebrate, feel good, and look as good as you feel. It can also be a very stressful time, with all the planning and issues that go along with it.
I know I’ve been there, but stress doesn’t have to be detrimental to your health and well being, and it definitely should not be an excuse to have gained weight. You should lose weight for your wedding not gain it. With these easy to follow tips you will be well on your weigh…pun intended. Whether your goal is to lose 10 pounds for your wedding or 50 you can achieve your goal provided that you have the time to do so healthily.
Which leads us to Weight Loss Tip # 1.
Set Realistic Goals – No one expects you to lose 50 lbs in two weeks so you shouldn’t either. If you’ve ever found a “new weight loss diet” that guarantees astronomical in a short period of time chances are its unhealthy and/or a scam. Avoid these deals and decide to lose a healthy (and achievable) amount of weight. The more realistic your goal and the closer you come to achieving it the more likely you are to continue, who know you may even surpass your goals and lose more weight than you expected. How’s that for a motivator?
Weight Loss Tip #2: Eat Three to five smaller meals every day. If you spread your daily intake of food across the entire day your metabolism will maintain maximum efficiency all day. This is a key component of how you can lose weight for your wedding. The harder your metabolism is working the faster you’re going to lose weight it’s that simple.
Weight Loss Tip #3: This is the most beneficial of my my advice. When you wake up tomorrow count every calorie you consume over the course of the day. Don’t change your eating habits, eat everything as you normally would just be mindful and keep track of how many calories you’ve eaten. Once you have this number (let’s say that its 2600) subtract 500 from the total (now you have 2100) for the next 7 days eat that many calories. I guarantee you that you will lose at least 2 lbs your first week.
It’s that simple if you apply these three easy to follow tips you will be well on your way to losing weight for your wedding, feeling great about yourself and looking just as good.
