Avoid these deals and decide to lose a healthy (and achievable) amount of weight. The more realistic your goal and the closer you come to achieving it the more likely you are to continue, who know you may even surpass your goals and lose more weight than you expected. Don’t change your eating habits, eat everything as you normally would just be mindful and keep track of how many calories you’ve eaten. Once you have this number (let’s say that its 2600) subtract 500 from the total (now you have 2100) for the next 7 days eat that many calories. I guarantee you that you will lose at least 2 lbs your first week.
