Plum – Why Should You Have Them Daily

Fruits are the best source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. So, it is essential to have fruits at least thrice a day. Fruits, as if had in the natural form, are easy for the body to absorb all vitamins and minerals. Fruits are cent percent bad cholesterol free and also ensure the right amount of water content in the body. Some fruits contain antioxidants, which help us in living healthier. Antioxidants are fantastic that help us to live healthy and long. The molecules in the antioxidants remove other bad molecules from the body. Even though these fruits are available in the market they are very expensive and generally sold as juice blends.

The most common fruit available just at fraction of price of other berries and packed with the same amount of antioxidant is the plum fruit. Plums can be a part of your weight loss program. A plum can be a great snack if you are initiating for weight loss, as it is low in fat and calorie and rich in fiber. A ripened medium size plum contains two grams of fiber and forty calories.
